Our smoked meats and fresh fixin’s are made from quality ingredients sourced from local and regional suppliers and producers:

  • Pork Shoulder and Pork Ribs are from Johnston’s in Chilliwack, BC
  • Beef Brisket (Certified Angus Beef) hails from Alberta and BC
  • Wild Coho Salmon is caught on the Pacific Coast of BC
  • Artisanal Sausage made to our specifications by Legendary Meats in South Slocan, BC
  • Chicken and Turkey are from Rossdown Farms in Abbotsford, BC
  • Beef Ribs (AAA) come from 63 Acres in Armstrong, BC

Our meat is ethically raised, antibiotic-free, hormone-free, and non-GMO.

We smoke with Creston and Okanagan fruitwood (apple, cherry, apricot and peach) at low temperatures for approximately 12-18 hours.
